im getting my new laptop in april for High school/gaming. ive been looking at this one with the 3gb RAM and 128mb video card. Is it worth the price because i dont want to spend the 1.1k or so to get it when i could buy a Studio 15 with 4gb ram for about 899.

as for me it really worth the price, for 147,150 yen (i bought in japan) i got a superb laptop! for gaming its quite ok, ( i can play crysis on it) and i think its best for school since it is light-weight and compact.
you can get a better-spec studio but i think the build quality of xps makes it a bit expensive (plastic vs aluminun)

yes im still enjoying it for 7 months now but arrgh! the new studio xps just came out. I like that machine…Anyway no probles so far with the keys, touchpad is responsive as well.
Complaints? hmm last month the left speaker had gone too soft. I email the customer service and fixed the problem in just 2 days.
