Comparison of Apple iBook G3 and G4
People often ask me the difference between the G3 and G4 iBook since they look so much the same. Here I’ll show you all about it. The G3 has a tray loading optical drive (CD-ROM) where the G4 has a slot loading. The G3 has regular Airport (802.11b) where the G4 has the Airport Extreme (802.11G). But can I use the iBook g3 with my iPhone 3g? I mean can I do my iPhone updates, or load it with music via iTunes? I bought an iBook from eBay, will be getting it Monday hopefully

I think if anything this video is to help those who cannot AFFORD a $999 MacBook, or want to hold on to those older sentimental computers. These computers can perform most of the tasks as the MacBook can do anyways…

I own a Polycarbonate MacBook and an iBook G3. I can guarantee you that the G3 is one of the most wonderful computers I have ever owned. You can run almost anything on them.

Hi, I have a question on whether or not to get these ibooks. Some one in my city is selling an ibook g3 for $40. Sounds like a good deal but the battery is dead, it has the yoyo charger which the connection has been resoldered(he says it works though) and the hinge on the screen has poped out and so the display sits at an angle, and the dvd/cd drive doesnt work. Everthing else does though. it has 500 MHz g3, and 128 MB of ram. Should i get it? Thanks.
