how can i restart my laptop dell latitude cpx?
turn it off and then back on. asking a question like this shows that you don’t deserve a computer.

Well you go to the start menu and click shutdown and then click restart. Or you can hold down the power button for five seconds, and it should shut down. Hold it longer and it should restart.
