How do I clean my monitor screen on my laptop?
I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 and the screen has gotten dirty, how do I clean it?

u can go to office depot or what ever store u like and there is a special spray u can use.

wow you should’ve seen me the first time my dell laptop got dirty…i tried everything
if you don’t want to buy anything for it, take a soft cloth and use a little bit of warm water…wipe the screen lightly from right to left starting a new row with each stroke…
PS. the warm water streaks doesn’t streak whereas the cold does..but don’t use burning hot water
however, if you’re screen is merely dusty, theres no need to wet the cloth at all…but if it’s dirty as in little specs, then wet it a little

do it the same way you would for glasses. telling people and yourself not to touch the surface will definitely help.
if it’s not fingerprints and it’s just a little bit of dirt, you can swoop that right off with a shirt or something like that. it doesn’t even have to be wet. i’ve done it for years.

You can use a small spritz of aerosol glass cleaner and a paper towel. Just don’t get the screen wet enough that it drips down the front of the screen!

soft damp rag with a little bit of rubbing alcohol works wonders.
