I am getting a Motorola Razr and i was wondering if I could use the bluetooth to connect to my laptop.?
Can I connect to my laptop using bluetooth or do I need to buy something extra. If so, what? I have a Dell Inspiron 8600.

Yep, you sure can. You can use Bluetooth for sending files (such as photos) between the Razr V3 and other devices, and you can also use the V3 as a Bluetooth modem for your laptop.
To set up your computer and the Razr V3, you first go into the Razr’s Bluetooth settings (press the center button on the navigation pad, and select Settings > Connection > Bluetooth Link > Setup). Then give your phone a better name (the default is Motorola Phone), turn Bluetooth on, and select Find Me. This will make your Razr V3 discoverable for 60 seconds. Next, initiate pairing from your PC.
This is assuming your laptop already has a bluetooth card in it, if not you will need to buy one, http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.asp?Submit=Go&DEPA=0&type=&description=bluetooth&Category=0&minPrice=&maxPrice=&Go.x=0&Go.y=0
But connecting it via USB is faster and easier if you ask me.
See Jwire for more information.
