		<description>If you just need to browse the web and do some email then you won&#039;t need the latest and greatest technology out there.  I would still recommend you still get a new laptop since the prices are dropping quickly and you can get a lot for your money.  Wal-Mart has a Toshiba for $697, which comes with a 1.6 GHz and 512 MB RAM.  That should be plenty for what your wanting to use it for.
