Do you have the Router turned on or setup correct. Is the Cable modem or DSL there a differance in the settings under WAN on your router. Is your wires card picking up you wireless network.

If you’re using a PCMCIA card, try to use it with other Laptop… To verify if the hardwares are working…

Or else you’ll have to check your network settings as well as your router configuration…

Worst come to worst… Get the salesman who sold you all those stuffs…

Instructions and support will be provided by the broadband connection provider and the access point manufacturer you choose (or the software provider if you choose that configuration). The most important step is the placement of the access point to make sure it reaches as much of your location as possible (interior walls and construction materials in the building can effect signal strength). Try walking around with a laptop to assess the signal strength in different areas and adjust the access point placement accordingly.
In case this is working fine try following things…

Cisco Interface (If your Setup page has a Cisco Logo)
    - Click on the Applications and Gaming Tab > Port forwarding > Enter
the ports needed to be opened > Click Save Settings

Regular Linksys Router Interface (If your Setup page has a no Cisco
    Logo)
    - Click on the Advance Tab > Port Forwarding Tab> Enter the ports
needed to be opened > Click Apply

    (E.g. Given ports: 47- 47 – UDP&TCP, 50 – TCP, 500-500 – UDP
and 1723 – UDP&TCP for VPN Application). For the IP address: Enter
the IP address of the computer behind the router that will use the
    application: E.g. 192.168.1.101

Customized Port Ranges Protocols IP address Enable
Application From ~ To TCP UDP

    VPN 47 ~ 47 / / 192.168.1.101 /
    VPN 50 ~ 50 / 192.168.1.101 /
    VPN 1723 ~ 1723 / / 192.168.1.101 /
    VPN 500 ~ 500 / 192.168.1.101 /

    Hope this helps.

first, wireless internet is not working, if your area out of service. I recommended you ask them(sales). How to setup?. It’s easy, if u read carefully the manual for the wireless – How to setup.
