I know someone who has a Roku Soundbridge 1000 and they really like using it with Yahoo Music Unlimited.
Here’s a recent press release talking about Linksys and Yahoo working together.

I’ve not used either myself.

Check out the Prismiq media player. It not only will play your music but also all the Mpeg and DIVX movies you have.

The linksys is likely to be higher performing since it uses Wireless G but has no actual interface of its own, so you’re essentially piping music digitally from your laptop to a remote device, which ensures good sound but it kind of a pain to deal with since you still have to interact with your PC.
The Roku has a dedicated display and remote and can access Yahoo! Music files directly over your home network. You can browse your playlists and songs directly from the device, and that is why it gets my firm vote.
The Linksys music bridge is much more like the AirPort Express, which is essentially a wireless sound card- it plays what your computer plays. The Roku is an independent network appliance that can access your files via Windows File Sharing.
I have heard good things about the Squeezebox, but AFAIK it does not support DRM music of any type, at least not officially. Since it is an open platform, it’s not to say it won’t happen at some point, just not now.
