ipad or an iphone? which one should I get?

I kinda need a new cell phone and I also need a mini laptop, or a netbook…Just wondering which one I should get? Any suggestions?

    Ipad = iphone(larger version)

    If you want a cell phone ,just pick up iphone.It worth.if you want a netbook,it can’t be ipad
