how can i use a PDA (Black barry 7990&7950) ?i wanna a instruction[thanks]?

Ok, my Acer Extensia 368D (I think it’s a 2000) doesn’t recognize any blank CD’s I try to use on it to copy information on. I’m currently using the Memorex Black CD’s ( 40x 700MB 80min). My mom’s Dell Inspiron 1100 doesn’t recognize them either. Both laptops come up with the message ‘Please insert a CD into disk drive D’, everytime I try to copy info onto it. Any help would be very much appreciated.
No, the generic blank CD’s don’t work, I’ll try changing the preferences on the laptops.
