Need help with mac ibook? Question mark at startup?
When I turn it on the dreaded question mark comes up. I have the startup cd’s but the optical cd drive doesn’t seem to be working. Could I just possibly buy an external cd drive and get it to boot up from the startup cd’s from the external drive? What else could I do to get it to work?

iBook G4 boot problem?
Yesterday, i replaced my iBook G4 LCD. When I turned it on, it didn’t boot up the normal way. It’s like 1 minute black screen and after that, log in window appears.
I want to see the gray apple logo and the spinning wheel, again!
Anyone can help? Since I’m far away from the apple center.

Has Anyone figured out why the gateway 600ygr notebook keeps on restarting itselft after boot up???
After a while it goes into windows but when restarted it acts up again. I have tried flashing the bios and still it doesnt work.
Ipad Or Ipod Touch, Need Help Choosing.?
I was thinking of getting an Ipod touch mainly for the apps and the ease of access to the internet around the house without having to boot up the laptop. My decision towards getting one could be changed to getting an Ipad.
For the casual browsing it seems great apart from the no Flash or Java support and the apps showed in the presentation seem good and I like the way you can use all the old ones 2 but are the Iworks apps compatible with Microsoft office? (I mean the formats for when i sync it too my laptop for printing or more editing).
If they are and if apple bring in Flash support I will definitly get one, so does anyone no is Iworks compatible With Microsft office on a pc and will they bring in Flash support?
