i’m looking for a digital pen mouse for my laptop?
I have an ordinary gateway 400VTX laptop and I want to be able to write on my screen like a tablet pc. I found out that I could buy a digital pen mouse for it and it will make my computer into a touch screen. Is there a store online or a retail store I can go to that I can get a digital pen that will allow me to write and draw directly on my screen and not on a paper that I would have to attack to it?

Is it possible to use a tablet pc for drawing?
For example, a lot of digital artists use their tablets (Wacom, Graphire, etc.) for drawing. Can a tablet pc be used that way or is there something special about the tablets that you connect to the computer?
