I’ve heard that I can and I’ve heard that I can’t get a new processor for my Apple iBook G4 laptop. I want to play the Sims 2, but the system requirements say I must have at least a 1.2 GHz proceessor and mine is only 1.04. Is there anything I can do to make the game play (properly) on my system? I’m not into the slowmotion, choppy game playing.

i want to know if i can find a laptop for about 700 bucks but a good one?

I have a Dell latitude 110L Laptop. Intel(R) Pentium (R) M Processor 1.70GHz 1.70 GHz, 504 MB of Ram. I am Going to install Suse Linux Professional 9.2 on it. (Whitch I have done in the past.) I know nothing about linux exept that its more stable then windows. There are only 2 problems, or questions that i have. first, How can I use my wireless card inside my laptop with linux, someone said something to me about a program called Wrapper, or something similar to that. I tried downloading it but the other problem Im having is this; I dont know how to install anything on linux. Like i said i no nothing about linux. people say the power of linux is in the SHELL itself. If i only new how to install programs on linux i would be fine. for example i download a chat client or game, I need to know exactly what steps to take. not this “CD this to Cd that” I dont even know what that means. so if any of you know how to help me id appritiate it alot. or a website that explains it in simple english.

Really I need to know the right memory and the best place to get it cheap but trustworthy! thanks

I am gettin a Dell Inspiron laptop E1505 im paying 1350 $ (inc. Tax). My specs are: 1.66 Ghz duo core, 2gb Ram,120 gb,256 ATI radeon x1400 video card, LCD screen with true life,dual layer DVD writer, Intel pro wi-fi card. With these configs. i wanna knw if my laptop would be outdated soon…i need some suggestions. Im not a hardcore gamer. but i plan on playing some games like Half-life 2, sims 2, Counter strike etc.
