New to traveling with a notebook. Looking for any information that will assist me in getting on line while traveling. I will be leaving on a business trip in two weeks and just recived a new Toshiba Satellite M60-S6111TD. The system is wireless capable. Do I have to load software or join a service provider to be connecting in a hotel? Do I need a service provider while connecting wireless? If these are needed what provider is Recommended? Any help in this field would be great as I am clueless. Please don’t assume I know anything.

I have the old version and each time I try and download NEW version, I get the old one again.

Hello I have a new laptop that I LOVE. It’s perfect. Except for when I play World of Warcraft. I can still play but I have to keep the graphics really low I have an Acer Aspire 5000. Is it possible to get something put in here that will make it better. Or am I going to have to get a new laptop all togehter?

I currently own a Dell laptop and an Emachines Desktop. Both of with has windows installed. My fiance and I were talking a few things over about how many problems windows has and how many things go wrong with them on a monthly basis, So we brought up the idea of switching to Apple Pc’s. I have never owned and Apple so I don’t know the things I would be gaining or losing in an Apple. I have seen an Apple Pc in the mall and Ive notice the desktop kind of seems a bit more 3-d. which I like. “I wish there was a totaly 3-d operating system I could get,heard there was one but don’t remember the name.” Anywho, What are the features I would be lossing and Gaining at the same time? Are they worth the change? For what i want to do in a pc, my hobbies are making “creating” music on pcs, gaming, and 3d applications, and my fiance dose alot of writing for classes with Office, and making scrapbook projects and things for work. So, if I get an Apple, Will i be going in the right direction?

Playing New Super Mario Bros Wii on Sony Vaio VPCCW22FX P laptop intel Core i3 Nvidia GeForce GT 330M I don’t know why it’s skipping in the video it wasn’t doing that when I was playing the game. Side Note: I had to hook my webcam up to my shirt collar to record lol and I didn’t know all the right keys when I was playing and I was looking back at my laptop from time to time to make sure I had the cam in the right place. so I couldn’t play too good.
