What is the best free shareware for a password manager/keeper, that is sercure and easy to use?

I have a new Dell that has XP Pro, maybe there is already one install, but I can’t find it. I would like to use the same password manager on 2 laptops. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Some recomended RoBo, Opera and password manager. But I know nothing about them. I just want a program that will keep my 30 or so passwords safe.
