What would be better to buy?
Yes I know there old, I have a powermac G3 400Mhz running Panther. Though its not the fastest im fine with it. Im just looking a for a good cheap Mac Laptop.

The screens have gone black on both of these computers and I would like to download my personal information before sending them out for repair. The only way I can think of is connecting the laptops to a desktop monitor. Please advise as to how I can do this. If this is not possible can you offer any other suggestions? thanx!

i have an iBook g4 running osx10.4 with an airport card and i have a powerbook g3 running mac osx 10.2 with basic ethernet, i want to know– if i have a live wireless connection can i plug ethernet from the g4 to g3 can i get internet on both?, or if i cant get internet can i run a network to share files between the two? –much thanks to the person with a good answer (no pc people that like to heckle mac people—u know nothing of our race)

I have been working on a DVD movie for quite some time now. I just found out (to my dismay) this weekend that my powerbook G4 does not have an internal DVD burner so I NEED to send it to a computer that does have one. This brings in our iBook G4, which does. The question is, how do I get this iMovie project from the PowerBook to the iBook?

I have a firewire, and my project is 3.28 GB. I tried emailing it but it doesn’t work. i tried compacting it to send in an email but that made it come out completly fuzzy and incomprehensible. This is for an important deadline so ANY help whatsoever would be appreciated.

She has an older iBook G3 and she bought an Airport card for it. I have a Powerbook G4 with Airport Extreme and I get a weaker signal from the building next door. Most of the time I can’t even connect to the internet. We can be sitting in the exact same spot…
Any theories?
