I’ve just currently upgraded a Pentium M 1.73GHz CPU for my DELL Inspiron 8600 laptop. The Windows XP device manager read correctly it’s a 1.73GHz CPU but some how it has been configured to only runs max speed of 1.30GHz?? I went to check with the system BIOS, the BIOS only read it at 1.30GHz clock….??I’ve tried to flash the BIOS, reinstall WindowsXP and tried to use SwitchspeedXP(A CPU frequency scalling software) but nothing helped…….Is anybody would be able to tell me why and show me the way to work this out? Thank you guys.

Dear sis, the thing you are about to read may hurt your feelings read it at your own risk. all my life ive only wanted one thing and that thing is love . maybe the problem was a tried to hard to get it, i tried to be the “good one” i thought to myself, i wont ask to go out anywhere, or an allowance,or nothing, ill be good. but all i would hear is, “Loopy this Loopy that” my whole life seems to be hearing about you, always you! you! you!. Sure there was fred and ed things but even thru adulthood it was all about you. another thing i came to realize is you have never given a shit about me.
just a little background info…im outgoing person she is a quiet person , one brother a chronic liar and the other does his own thing.
