How do I fix my cable internet connection?
The power when out VERY briefly during a thunderstorm. Now my internet only works on my desktop. Windows says the network adapter is working properly in my notebook but the internet is unavailable. I tried restarting the modem and notebook but still no internet connection! The notebook is running a bit slower, but still runs and the light on the back where the internet connection is goes on and off from time to time. Any techs out there please help!

Can I run a wireless printer from a wireless laptop?
I have a dell laptop, and a printer with a wireless set up. The laptop is wireless (from the computer in the family room, directly below–the signal is always VERY strong). The laptop would not be more than 30 feet from the printer. My techno wizard son says it won’t work, but I think it may just be something new for him.
Resource suggestions?

I need boot up software for my VERY “sick” laptop…?
I have a Toshiba Satellite M36 which is in a world of hurts. It boots up, shuts down, as though in a loop. I’m thinking if I could get a boot disk for it, perhaps I could repair it. Does anyone know of a download center, or if I’m even heading in the right direction?
